Every September marks the beginning of the year for most of us. Although the year doesn’t change, most of us feel like the year is starting now.
Sometimes we get overwhelmed with anxiety about how many things we have to sort out, coming back from vacation.
To-dos that we had left behind when we left are now in front of us and waiting for us to fulfill them.
In addition, every September we tend to create plans, plans and goals for the whole year. Sometimes we start new activities, arrange our weekly schedule and gradually, with enough effort we try to get into a flow of familiarity with everyday life again.
Something that of course upsets us. However, it doesn't have to be so difficult and unpleasant.
First we can divide our jobs into individual smaller tasks and move forward a few steps at a time. Always thinking of ourselves, it would be good to respect our endurance and strength.
By writing down our tasks for each day in our diary, we can create a monthly plan with what we have in mind, so that on the one hand we can free our mind from the burden of to-dos, and on the other hand we can plan our days as best as possible. We prefer to keep a balance in our schedule.
Accordingly, we can jot down, in our notebook, a list of everything we have to arrange and complete. But such a list should not act as a burden for us, but strengthen us and limit our effort.
Small steps of personal encouragement and encouragement will give us the motivation we need to start a beautiful year with a sweet September.
After all, September is a beautiful month, with enough light and optimism that exudes inspiration!
